Project Proposal

  1. Project title, category, affiliation, team members, and contact details.

  2. Provide a concise summary of your innovation including objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.

  3. Describe the tools, technologies, and step-by-step process used to develop and implement your innovation.

  4. Summarize the results achieved and the potential impact on patients, staff, or healthcare systems.

  5. Attach relevant files such as research papers, presentations, prototypes, or evidence of implementation.

  6. Review all submitted information for accuracy and completeness before final submission.

Clinical Impact

  • Entries should empower people by improving human abilities in their field of action – by enabling users to fulfil their tasks in a better way, or by providing access to new fields of usage or knowledge.
  • Accessibility must be ensured to provide attractive solutions for users across different age groups, physical abilities, cultural backgrounds and educational levels to ensure a positive impact on the business.
  • In addition, products and services should strive to uphold social values and cohesion by strengthening inclusion and participation.
  • Entrants should be able to show how a product or service is expected to succeed on the market.
  • Feasibility and measurable outcomes should be reasonably explained.
  • Solutions must ensure that user data is protected and handled responsibly. A trusting relationship with users should be built through clear and open communication about background processes and data usage.
  • Developing AI systems should focus on user trust. This includes transparency about how the systems work and ensuring that they are used responsibly.
  • Technologies must be introduced in a responsible way. Careful planning and execution are critical to ensure that new technologies prioritize security, privacy and user trust.
